This algorithm has improved the quality of service: firstly, the manufacturer always sees that the dealer has contacted the customer, and secondly, the conversation recording is attached to the customer card. This will be useful both for improving the service (you can transfer requests to more responsible dealers) and for resolving disputes with customers.


Order tracking
One of the advantages of the Order Management System is the manufacturer's access to all orders from all dealers. In the general list, we receive brief information about orders. Only the administrator can see the entire list, and each dealer has access only to his own orders and those available in his region, or only to his accepted orders:
