During the plenary session, the working groups presented their projects for the development of digital cooperation with the Caspian countries. Thus, experts proposed the exchange of information between the states received via satellite communications.

Digital Technology Exhibition
Over the course of two days, an exhibition of IT projects was held at the forum site. It was visited by the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadayev. He was presented with domestic software, developments by Russian programmers, electronic document management products and a drone school.
As the Minister of Digital Development of Dagestan, Yuri Gamzatov, told journalists, the Caspian Digital Forum will become an annual event.
"Certain decisions were made, many issues were worked out. These projects will be formed, sent for approval to federal ministries and Caspian countries, after approval with them they will be taken into development," the minister said.
The International Caspian Digital Forum was held from October 31 to November 1 in Kaspiysk. More than 500 people from Russia and Caspian countries took part in it, including IT company developers, digital technology and software manufacturers. The organizers were the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Government of Dagestan with the support of the Digital Forums company and the Digital Economy platform.
