What does innovation in education mean to you?
Thinking that what you do every day is not the best you can do, it is not your final goal, that you can do your job much better, whether in a classroom or on a virtual campus, in an office, thinking every day about how you can fulfill your mission, achieve your dreams, better serve people, the students who depend on your good knowledge and work. Always looking for that spark that pushes us to do things differently, to leave our comfort zone, to broaden our horizons, to be nonconformist. Seeking excellence, all of that is innovation for me and we have always applied it at AEFOL with the magnificent results, if I may say so, that everyone knows.

What are the objectives of eLearning?
E-learning is personalized online training, without distances. The ultimate goals are the continuous improvement of the person, helping the human being to progress every day, just when he or she needs it. Providing the training that will help him or her to do his or her daily work better, to be a better professional and person, to share his or her knowledge, and I dare say, to be happier. An e-learning that does not make our students happier is not a good e-learning, to just cover the paperwork there are already thousands of dull and boring courses.
