In any field, a proactive attitude is highly valued, that is, a willingness to learn and grow in the company. It is important to have talent with new ideas, a desire to develop and make positive changes. You should not be a simple worker, but someone who is going to invest and contribute to the company.
Communication skills, teamwork and leadership qualities are also highly valued, as they will be positive in any field.
Which sectors are currently demanding the most talent?
The IT sector is always booming, it is a highly sought-after sector, as there is little demand but a lot of supply, so it is almost the companies that are looking for workers and not vice versa.
The Human Resources sector also has a wide range of jobs, as does the Health sector, of course.
What advice would you give to someone who is looking for a job or wants to improve their employability?
Above all, stop and think about what barriers or mistakes you encounter when looking for work. If we don't know what our weaknesses are or what we are doing "wrongly" in the search, we cannot improve it.
Once we have identified it, we can address it and japan phone data know where we are in the search. For example, if we are not called for any offer, the error is probably in the CV and we should address that. On the other hand, if we are rejected in the interview, it is very likely that we should work on the answers we are giving or our communication skills.
In any case, self-knowledge and organization in the search are essential.
And what about someone who wants to work in the field of career guidance and selection?
From my experience in the sector, I have learned the most from experience and mistakes. I would recommend that you gain a lot of experience, that you know what it is like on a day-to-day basis with candidates, workers, job portals, etc. The field will give you more knowledge than training.
And of course, we need to promote LinkedIn a lot. We are the sector that works the most with LinkedIn and it would not make sense for someone specialized in it not to exploit it.
