I have lost count of the number of times

Post by sharminsumu86 »

It always seem to be coming up to some time of year or other, when I truly wished that I had made that determined effort to lose all my excess weight! Somehow, I just never got around to it, and you would not believe the number of times when I really did curse myself for my complete lack of willpower. I bet you have felt that way too!!

How many times have you have promised yourself to cut down!! Even more so for some special occasion or other, but in truth you never ever did! I am one of those unlucky people (are there any lucky ones!!) who has spent my life fighting a continuous battle against those stubborn pounds.Weight Loss Woman On Scales

I have tried to squeeze into a beautiful dress that I have paid an absolute fortune for! I usually only found that it was tighter than ever!

I always found that it was the thought of starting any kind of diet or job function email database weight loss program that really really got to me. If you are anything like me, this on going battle to lose pounds, and also to lose fat, will sound depressingly familiar.

I have tried countless weight loss diets of every kind. I have tried cabbage diets, fruit diets, soup diets, low carbohydrate diets, juice diets, you name them, and I have tried them!

I have read every slimming magazine that I could lay my hands on, from cover to cover! I have also tried every possible slimming supplement, weight loss diet, and weight loss diet pill imaginable!

Now please don't get me wrong here, some of them are very good! My problem was that any weight that I did lose, just piled straight back on I am pretty sure you may well have had that experience too. You probably get the picture, day after day, sometimes week after week, of total self denial, missing out all my favorite goodies! What was the end result usually, maybe a couple pounds or so lighter on the scales (if I was lucky that is!)
