How to speed up visitor registration
Guests registered on the event landing page. It was necessary to enter the full name and contact details of the event participant. The entered data immediately goes to the Bitrix24 CRM as a transaction, in which the robot creates an electronic ticket and sends it via SMS to the specified phone number. The SMS contains an individually generated link to the electronic ticket with a QR code. On the day of the event, the system duplicates the SMS, so the guest can easily find their electronic ticket at the event registration desk.goodevent09.jpgWith our product, the complex procedure of registering guests for an event with printed registration lists is a thing of the past. More than 200 people came to our event, they were met by only 2 registrars, and there were no queues. The registration process takes no more than 10 seconds: the visitor opens the electronic ticket on their smartphone, and the registrar scans it using a special application. If a visitor could not find a ticket, the registrar simply starts entering his full name in the application and when entering the first letters, the application displays all the suitable options in the full name with the name of the visitor's company, all that remains is to clarify whether it is him and click on his card in the search results.
