Conclusion: awareness of the potential

Post by Bappy10 »

The critical consumer shares his experiences with your brand with his hundreds of friends on Facebook and Twitter. The experiences that consumers share are not only negative, even more often positive. In fact, when you involve consumers in decisions, this book proves that the results can be overwhelming. The vision of The Conversation Company will make every manager and marketer aware of the potential of the changed reality, in which companies no longer communicate to, but consumers. The book will certainly remain on my desk in the coming months. Not only for the customer cases, but also for the questions that give you a good picture of the future of your company and the world. It is not the answer to the world for everyone, but it is an answer on which you can base your own vision excellently.

A sequel with collaboration
The Conversation Company is the second book by Frankwatching blogger Steven van Belleghem brother cell phone list professor at the Vlerick Management School and managing partner of InSites Consulting . It is of course a sequel to his first book; The Conversation Manager . Where in his first book he mainly focuses on the new way in which consumers communicate, this book is completely focused on the philosophy of a company. It is therefore not necessary to have read his first book to be able to work with the changes in this book.

The vision in this book is based on Steven's own (market) research, which gives the book a number of different and surprising insights. Steven is open to suggestions at his email address or on Twitter via @Steven_Insites and especially calls on you to announce your changes via the hashtag #conversationcompany . That is where we will definitely also have the discussion about communities for users and his vision. Will you join us in the discussion.
