We were also looking for such a tool. We researched for a long time, tried several different ones and finally found the right solution – JIRA software . We will describe our requirements and the reasons why we think JIRA is the best.

What didn't JIRA solve for us?
JIRA met all our requirements, except for one thing – simplicity. It is a very capable tool for all developers from any IT field. It is perfectly suited for managing large projects (for example, using the SCRUM method).
AITOM is a digital agency focused on – high-performance websites . We most often solve projects in shorter time frames, to which we gradually add other tasks (such as website management or online marketing). From this perspective, however, JIRA is a relatively complex software that takes a lot of time to manage all the tasks.
However, it fully compensates for this in the future, when we can provide the client with a full report of the development work. We are even able to find specific lines written in the source code. We also know which developer made changes to the code, when and where.
How does JIRA save you time and money in project management?
A big advantage is the traceability of all tasks across all developers. You can also search in the past. If you solve a bug on one project that appears on another many months later, you can find out exactly what you did wrong and how you fixed the bug.
Of course, when connected to Bamboo, i.e. automatic deployment, the manager can see whether the development version is already on the test or production server.
