Artificial intelligence is used in the following areas

Post by thouhidul32 »

The potential for using AI technologies in the construction industry is enormous, from modeling and design to construction, operation of facilities and detection of technical violations.
Although AI-based solutions have already proven themselves to be successful, there are many prospects for saudi arabia phone number further implementation of AI in the construction industry.

Development Systems applies AI in the design of hotels and apartments. The main advantage of using AI technologies in design practice: they significantly reduce the time frame and reduce the gap between expectations and reality.

Creating visualizations at different stages of design
In this article, we will explore the topic of integrating artificial intelligence into the design process using the example of creating visualizations based on three real cases.

Case 1: It is necessary to create preliminary sketches of building facades based on simple forms provided in Revit format. An important condition is not to make a sketch for each building separately, but to create a complete view of the site from a bird's eye view. This condition significantly complicates the task from a technical point of view for several reasons.

Complexity of visualization :
Creating a unified appearance of the site requires the integration of all buildings into the overall context, taking into account their relative position and interaction
It is necessary to think through the overall style and harmonious combination of facades so that all buildings look like a single whole, and not a set of separate objects.
Consideration of the environment :
The integration of buildings into the surrounding environment is important, in our case it is a hilly terrain.
Technical difficulties :
It is necessary to take into account scale and proportions, which requires precise calculations and modeling.
Aesthetic and functional requirements :
Building facades must not only be aesthetically pleasing, but also meet uniform stylistic requirements.

Next, the angles that needed to be shown and taken into work were selected.

After determining the angles, test manipulations were carried out in various text-to-picture conversion services. This search and experimentation led to the creation of a summary table reflecting the advantages and disadvantages of various services.

The comparative table of AI services analyzes the functionality of each tool, its effectiveness in solving specific problems, as well as the features of use in the context of hotel projects.

To achieve the best image quality, it was necessary to make intermediate changes to the model from Revit. To make the model more recognizable for the program, a texture of green lawns and trees was added. The D5 service helped with this. The texture took no more than 15 minutes, while significantly improving the quality of the final result.

The next step was to determine the tool for working with the original image. The main criterion for choosing is not the cost of the tool, ease of learning or a pleasant interface, but the ability to fully influence the result. It is important to have control over the "independence" of the neural network during generation, the ability to create your own scenarios and settings for specific tasks, and not have restrictions on functionality from the service developers.

As a result, the optimal combination was the Stable Diffusion program in the ComfyUI shell, as it best meets the current request.
