Quality indicators
Until recently, both Yandex and Google's quality indicators were based only on links - PR and TIC. And although PageRank has not been updated by Google for a very long time, it still affects the ranking of sites (at least, this is what people directly associated with the company say).
Yandex abandoned TIC in favor of the complex indicator IKS in 2018. IKS consists of a number of factors. Rookee specialists conducted a study a year ago, but did not find a relationship between IKS and the site's position. However, it continues to be influenced by individual parameters included in IKS.

Differences in behavioral factors in Yandex and Google
Behavioral factors are the sum of all user interactions with a web resource. Only search engine algorithm developers can list them all. Let's look at the most important and publicly available ones.
This is an indicator of the relevance of the site to the user's request and the frequency of returns to the search. In addition to the number of returns, you can also track the reader's satisfaction with the content. When visitors are satisfied, the resource systematically rises in the search results.
Refusals
Search engines interpret this indicator differently.
Google:
A bounce is a short session on a site that includes viewing just one page. In Google Analytics, bounces include all visits that activate a single request to the Google Analytics server — these are situations where a person opens one page and soon leaves it without activating any other requests.
The bounce rate is calculated as the number of sessions (in which one page was viewed) divided by the total number of sessions - essentially a percentage of all visits to the site.

Yandex:
Visits that simultaneously satisfy the following conditions are included in the refusals:
only one page view per visit;
the visit lasted less than the set time period by which bounces are calculated (by default, it is 15 seconds);
there was no service event “non-failure”.
This indicator shows that the resource is not interesting to users. The reasons may vary: slow loading, an abundance of advertising, poor usability, and content that is irrelevant to the request.
