5/ Passion

I saved the best for last. Passion, of course! The driving force behind our actions!

You don't ride a horse if you're not passionate about it. It's such an absorbing sport, which sometimes requires sacrifices, that it's necessarily a real passion. For my part, I fell into it at the age of 6, thanks to (because of?) my father, a rider himself. And it never left me.
