For many, web analytics is a set of some software, be it Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica or some other services that collect some data on the site. But this is far from true. Why is web analytics treated so superficially? Why is this most valuable data not used in business strategy?

In our opinion, there are a number of fairly serious problems in mass web analytics that prevent many from using it to its full potential.
