He recalled that the typical structural scheme of treatment

The system was presented by the head of the energy and housing and utilities department of the Tsifra group of companies, Fanur Saifulmulyukov, at a demo day of the industrial competence center (ICC) of housing and utilities in the ANO Digital Economy. According to him, it is based on the company's own stack, the Zyfra Industrial Framework (ZIF).

"This is a set of development greece whatsapp resource tools that includes industrial Internet of Things technology - everything related to data collection, processing, structuring, storage, and visualization. We are also actively adding machine learning components and artificial intelligence. This framework is registered in the registry, is completely domestic and belongs to the company "Tsifra". I have diverse experience working with housing and communal services, and one of the key areas, in my opinion, is environmental protection in housing and communal services - these are treatment facilities and sewerage. The solution we want to present is designed to automate the biological treatment of wastewater by living organisms," said Fanur Saifulmulyukov.
facilities and sewerage includes four basic stages - mechanical cleaning from sand and debris, a biological cleaning unit, a wastewater post-treatment system and a disinfection unit for purified water before it is discharged into a natural water body. In addition, an important stage of wastewater treatment is the processing of sediments that formed during the cleaning process; they also need to be properly processed and disposed of, the developer emphasized.

"The main component of biological treatment is activated sludge - this is a complex of living organisms that feed on the pollutants that we dump, ultimately processing them into pure nitrogen and water, thus allowing us to preserve the environment. Activated sludge is very capricious to external factors, to what kind of water comes in, what temperature it is, how correctly we supply oxygen and manage its age - the quality of wastewater treatment greatly depends on this," Fanur Saifulmulyukov recalled.

"The life process of these microorganisms is complex: difficult to control, difficult to observe, not very predictable. And according to our information, there are no comprehensive solutions on the market. Of course, there are international ones, but there are no such solutions in Russia," added Fanur Saifulmulyukov.

According to him, the proposed system will be based on solutions already in use in other Tsifra products, such as data and laboratory information management systems. Machine learning and artificial intelligence will be used in four modules - identification of the cleaning system status, an expert system for assisting the dispatcher in dialogue mode, optimization of cleaning processes and fault analysis.

"The basis of the entire solution will be a strict model - ASM. This model is public domain, developed by the International Water Association. It is free to distribute, it can be taken and configured. It is implemented in the Open Modelica block," said Fanur Saifulmulyukov.
