Artem Gribkov, Deputy Director for Business Development at Angara SOC, noted that, in addition to revenue and client growth, in 2023 there was also an expansion of functions that customers are willing to transfer to an external SOC. Among them, he named brand protection, cyber intelligence, and contractor audits. A new trend in 2024 was an increase in the number of customers who agree to transfer not only threat monitoring but also response to them to an external SOC operator.
