DSince 2007, the annual Facebook F8 developer event has been presented as a catwalk where the great social network presents its new products . After a break in 2020 due to the coronavirus crisis, Facebook F8 2021 has returned in virtual format with a look back at the progress that the social network has made in recent months, as well as the latest news on the technologies that the social network is about to launch to offer new opportunities to both developers and companies around the world.
Facebook F8 2021: A boost for business messaging
Facebook says its vision is for messaging to become the cameroon business email database primary means of communication between people and businesses, and to help in this regard, the platform has opened the Messenger API for Facebook since 2016.
According to Facebook , 90% of Instagram users now follow at least one brand on the platform, exemplifying Instagram's rise as a place where users discover and connect with brands, which is why it has made the Messenger API for Instagram available to all developers.
With this new feature, businesses will be able to integrate Instagram messages with their most common apps and work processes, and easily establish more meaningful conversations with customers.
