The Spanish consultancy firm is currently undergoing a phase of expansion and internationalisation, which includes operations such as the acquisition of the company 360 Conversion Analytics in April of this year, as part of its growth strategy. This move marked the company's first acquisition in the United States, a strategic market for the company, which strengthens its global positioning as experts in data and technology. With this acquisition, Making Science incorporated 25 consultants in the US market in Florida, New York and San Francisco.
The consultancy firm is now present in eight markets: Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Colombia, Ireland, France, Italy and the United Kingdom. In this sense, Making Science accelerated its growth plan in 2020 by joining tunisia business email database BME Growth in Spain and Euronext Growth Paris in France to increase its financing capacity and boost its international growth.
As José Antonio Martínez Aguilar, CEO of Making Science, explained at the time, “ The United States is the largest market in the world, where technology applied to digital marketing is booming. Thanks to this operation, we will have greater market penetration in the country and we will be closer to our most ambitious goal: to be present in the 20 most important advertising markets in the world within a period of five years .”
In May, Making Science announced its entry into Italian eCommerce with the purchase of Ventis. This new addition, worth 9.5 million euros, was the second acquisition in the European country, as well as the first marketplace for Making Science. In this way, the consultancy continues to focus on diversification , not only boosting its international reach but also the breadth of its business.
