Post by ayeshshiddika11 »

The publication indicates that the vacancies with the greatest difficulty to fill are mainly those related to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) -especially in STEM professionals-, as well as in renewable energies, in Health , Hospitality , Construction, Fishing, and Metal Repairs.

There are also many vacancies in lower-skilled professions, which are more common in hospitality, construction, transport, agriculture and fishing .

The report states that the biggest problem at present is the shortage of medium-skilled personnel, which corresponds to intermediate and higher vocational training qualifications. There is also an excess of low-skilled labour (around 40%).

In many cases, the lack of job coverage is due to candidates rejecting the job conditions and low salaries; this occurs in construction and hospitality to a considerable extent. Added to this georgia phone data is the ageing of the population, which will worsen in the coming years, so hiring at the source and with a higher level of qualification will be encouraged.

The State Public Employment Service's Observatory of Occupations also conducted a study on the main economic activities and occupations in which vacancies occur with difficulty - or even impossibility - of filling them. To do so, a field study was carried out in which representatives of 303 organisations in all provinces were consulted.

The main economic activities in which the highest number of unfilled vacancies were detected are:
Health activities.

Repair and installation of machinery and equipment.
