a study conducted using a questionnaire

Post by rifat28dddd »

Our experience with using tablets instead of paper questionnaires began in 2013, and at the time the idea seemed incredibly tempting and a little scary. However, the transition to working with tablets turned out to be quite fast.

Over the past two years, we have accumulated extensive experience in conducting surveys of a wide variety of target groups on tablets (the population of Kazakhstan, business structures, foreign guests of the country, experts in various industries).

Of course, programmed on a tablet has its pros and cons.

Pros:

Efficiency — you can download data from the program argentina cell phone number list several times during field work, check quotas and view intermediate results. No need to enter data after the end of field work, just synchronize the device with the database via the Internet, and all data will go to the server.
Reduces the length of the interview - the interviewer does not need to monitor transitions or logical consistency.
Minimizing input errors - the program will not allow you to enter a code that does not logically fit, will not allow you to leave a question unanswered or select more options than necessary.

The compactness of the device means that the interviewer no longer needs to carry around stacks of paper questionnaires, and the device fits easily into a woman’s handbag.
Increased control – it is possible to track the interviewer’s route, as well as record all or part of the interview.
Visual materials - when testing packaging, advertising, etc., you can show images and videos during the survey.
Improved respondent experience - people are more willing to be interviewed on a tablet than on paper.
