Create an integration with mail In the "Integrations" section, select the connection of a new trigger "E-mail - send a letter". In the settings window, you need to fill in the fields: trigger name, email address, Virtual PBX number.
Create an integration trigger To do this, in the tab of the same name, you need to create a new trigger by selecting "PBX: Incoming call completion" or "PBX: Outgoing call completion". You can activate both options one by one. Select the action that will be performed when the trigger is launched. In our case, this is “Email: Send email”.
