How to switch between multiple Instagram accounts

There are two ways to switch Instagram accounts.


The first method is to double-tap your own icon displayed in the bottom right.

If you have two Instagram accounts, double tapping will alternate between the two accounts.

If you have more than two accounts, double-tapping will only swap the two most recently used accounts and will not show the other account.

In this case, please use the switching method described below to display your accounts.


The second way to switch is to tap your account name displayed in the upper left corner, which you tapped when adding the account.

A list of your accounts will then be displayed, so select the account you want to view.

Now you can easily switch between the newly selected account and the account you were previously viewing by double-tapping.

It's convenient to be able to switch between frequently used accounts with a double tap.

How to delete your Instagram account
Next, we will explain the steps to delete your Instagram account.


Tap the three marks in the menu compliance directors email lists displayed in the upper right corner.


Select "Settings and Privacy" at the top.


Then select "Account Center."


Tap "Personal Info" to proceed.


Select Account Ownership and Control.


Tap "Delete or remove usage."


Select the account you want to delete.


Select "Delete Account" and then tap "Next."


You will be taken to a screen where you can select the reason for deleting your account, so select the reason that applies to you wanting to delete your account.

Once you've made your selection, tap Next.


Enter the password for the Instagram account you want to delete and tap "Next."


Tap "Delete Account" to delete your Instagram account.

However, if it's within 30 days, your account data will still remain on Instagram.

If you change your mind within 30 days you can restore your account, but after 30 days it will be permanently deleted.
