3. Determine how you will change your habits

If you want to achieve your goals, there are certain behavior patterns and habits that you need to change.
It is important that when you set your goals, you identify the habits that are holding you back and the strategies you need to change them. Here are some examples: Habits that need to be changed or developed
Habits I want to change or develop (focus on work habit) How I plan to change or develop this habit Why am I doing this?
