UV inks offer a variety of benefits besides sustainability.
They cure almost instantly because they use targeted UV light instead of air. This helps prevent shifting and ghosting. Images are sharper and more vivid.
Labels can be handled immediately, with no drying time required. UV inks are extremely resistant to scratches, smudges and rubbing.
Waste reduction
G3 Labeling is working on several fronts to reduce waste.
First, we’ve dramatically reduced hot foil stamping. Our proprietary G INK Reflection is a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative. It provides a metallic sheen like hot foil stamping, but at a lower cost and with less environmental impact.
