Is there an alternative development path for operators? What could it be if not an ecosystem?

One of the development scenarios is the division into infrastructure and client businesses. In this case, the market will be represented by a conditional telecom company that denmark telegram provides communications infrastructure, but does not interact with the end consumer, since maintaining the functioning of a large, complex system differs from providing an individual approach to each user from the point of view of any business practices. But the client business and work with consumers will go to external players, such as MVNO or, for example, banks.

This scenario is also supported by the fact that in many countries operators are quite actively engaged in sharing (English sharing - joint consumption): run-sharing, sharing of towers, infrastructure. A separate business is being formed, into which the deeply technical telecom component is moving.

Basically, if we look at the concept of marketplaces as an example of ecosystems, it is based on division. There are separate parts directly related only to the product or only to the client. Suppliers provide goods, the front-end platform works with buyers - analyzes information about their preferences, habits, offers them the best service at the best price.

But perhaps, over time, a certain front-player will appear, where a person will receive all possible services, as well as a number of infrastructure giants that will provide these services. For example, communication services to us, the end customers, will be provided by the phone manufacturer. Such a scenario is quite possible.
