The professionalization contract: definition and remuneration
The professionalization contract is either a fixed-term contract or a permanent contract, which may include a trial period – but is not mandatory. This trial period depends on the employee: if the employee is a former employee undergoing a career change or is training to move up the ranks, the trial period is generally not necessary. On the other hand, if the employee is a new employee, with or without experience, the trial period is always preferable.
