Meta has announced new features coming to WhatsApp Business , aimed at improving the relationship between companies and their customers, which were presented during the international event "Conversations" held in Mumbai. As more and more brands choose to use WhatsApp as a channel to communicate effectively with their customers, the new functions will help companies to carry out actions with their customers without having to leave the WhatsApp chat , as well as to " establish connections and forge relationships ."

Flows are faster chat experiences that help businesses deliver better conversations and experiences to their customers without leaving the main chat, such as “ quickly choosing a seat on the train, ordering a meal germany number data or booking an appointment ,” the company explains in a statement . Companies will also have the ability to provide more options to their customers, such as complete menus and fully customizable forms that adapt to the needs of the brand.

The idea is that the new flows will provide businesses with a user-friendly environment in which they can easily build forms and logic so that their customers can complete specific actions without leaving the app. Thus, they will have modules such as a text box, a calendar or a seat selector to build these experiences.
