The previous article explained the foundations of the Roma Project, but the most important thing remains: How is it carried out? Here we will explain the process followed by research projects that are proposed to carry out inclusive education.

Research projects

The first thing we must have is a well-cohesive group with a climate of true trust that allows all its members to express themselves without fear.

1.- Initial joint assembly

The starting point is a problematic situation in mexico phone data everyday life and the democratic assembly decides where to begin. The contributions and points of view of each child are taken into account. The impulse to force the issue so that instead of reflecting the student's concerns, it reflects those of the teachers must be contained.

2 .- Action plan for each group

Heterogeneous and different groups are created for each project; differences in race, gender, cognitive skills, etc. improve and enrich us.

Each group plans the generic learning , that is, what we want everyone to achieve through the project in the four areas of human development: thinking, communication, love and movement; and the specific learning , that is, what will help each one improve in particular. Each student asks himself: What purpose will this project serve for me? What dimension does what I want to improve correspond to? What do I have to do to achieve it?
