Google Contacts: If your phone contacts are synced with Google, you can go to contacts.google.com on a computer, select your contacts, and choose "Export" to CSV or vCard format.
Limitations: This exports all your phone contacts, not just those you've interacted with on WhatsApp or those who have explicitly opted into WhatsApp marketing. You'd need to filter them manually, which is cumbersome and carries privacy risks if not done carefully.
WhatsApp Chat Export (for individual chats):
WhatsApp allows you to export individual chat histories, which will include the contact's name and number at the top of the chat file.
How to Export:

Tap the three dots (Android) or the contact's name (iPhone) at the top.
Select "More" (Android) or scroll down (iPhone) and tap "Export Chat."
Choose whether to include media or not.
Share the .txt file via email, cloud storage, etc.
Limitations: This exports one chat at a time, creating a text file of the conversation, not a clean list of numbers. It's impractical for building a whatsapp number list marketing list.
Third-Party Tools/Browser Extensions (Use with extreme caution!):
There are various unofficial Chrome extensions or desktop applications that claim to export contacts from WhatsApp Web or WhatsApp groups.
Strong Warning:
Violation of WhatsApp ToS: Using such tools is typically against WhatsApp's Terms of Service and can lead to your account being banned.
Security Risks: These tools often require access to your WhatsApp Web session or even your phone data, posing significant security and privacy risks. They could steal your data or even inject malware.
Compliance Risk (PDPO 2025): Even if you get the numbers, you almost certainly won't have the explicit, verifiable consent required by PDPO 2025 for each number. This puts you at severe legal risk in Bangladesh.
Recommendation: Avoid these tools entirely. The risks far outweigh any perceived benefit.
