to us to be the creation of sites for the placement of small food boutiques of the producers themselves, traders associated with them, purchasing small batches of goods from one or several producers (usually local), and other traders from among small entrepreneurs, selling mainly imported products, but ready to work at lower prices. The sites can be located on the ground floors of shopping centers, of which there are enough in the country (almost 800 thousand square meters were commissioned in 2008-2012 alone).
In order to avoid unnecessary competition, there should be no chile cell phone number list more than 1-2 boutiques per site by specialization (dairy, sausage, confectionery, etc.). This reduces the risks for the entire trading site and for the landlord (unlike a specialty store) - each of the conditional 10 boutiques conducts its activities independently, at its own risk. If any boutique leaves the site, it is replaced by another, perhaps not necessarily of the same profile. Lower prices (compared to "convenience stores" and supermarkets) in all 10 different grocery boutiques at once will attract customers. The entire site can have a single brand. In this case, government support could consist of compensating the landlord for part of the rent and advertising costs for the site's single brand. The placement of such sites could be planned, for example, no more than one per microdistrict.
The topic proposed by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs certainly deserves attention, but also consideration of various options for its solution. The option proposed in this text is naturally not the only one; further discussions of it and other alternatives are possible.
A possible alternative option seems
