The new campaign for Algar Telecom's Micro and Small Business (MSB) segment focuses on customer recognition for the services provided by the company. Based on videos with testimonials from business owners, the goal is to show how telecommunications and technology services are part of the businesses of MBs in the different cities where they operate, and to list the reasons why they would recommend Algar Telecom to the market. Customers from the regions of Franca, Ribeirão Preto, Ituiutaba, Uberaba and Patos de Minas, where the company operates with offices, accredited stores and business partners, were invited to speak.
In the interviews, customers spoke about their professional careers, the most important moments in the history of the company they work for, the type and uniqueness of their cpa mailing lists business, how Algar Telecom enters the business scene, the city where it is located and why they recommend it. The campaign, which will be broadcast on Algar Telecom's communication channels and in paid media, shows how the company helps its customers grow and achieve their goals.

Danilo Borges , managing partner of the Comcenter Group in Patos de Minas, says he has worked with Algar Telecom since 1995, when it sold payphone cards and, with the evolution of technology solutions, now works with cell phone recharge machines. He says he believes in Algar Telecom because of its way of serving not only customers, but the community in which it operates. “In Patos de Minas, for example, they have often hosted shows and made social investments, so this shows exactly how close they are to the city,” he says.
With the campaign, Algar Telecom seeks to reinforce its values, such as its service approach, personalized service and innovative nature, through examples presented by its own customers in their testimonials. In addition, with entrepreneurs from various cities and from different segments, the videos also show the company's presence in the market. According to Ana Carolina Menegaz, from Januário Advocacia Militar in Uberaba, Algar Telecom plays a fundamental role in its business and that the best service to end customers is provided by this base offered by the telecommunications company: “I need the best company in the area, because I wouldn't be able to work without better service, without a better voice, data and technology product. And Algar Telecom gives me the support to do this”, she adds.
