You can divide engagement into 3 categories, from least to most engagement:
consume
contributions
co-create
If your customers or followers are just consuming, it’s hard to build a relationship with them. If you let b2b email list them co-create instead, you’re actively building a relationship with your customers. They’ll feel like they’re really part of the company.
With ephemeral content, you quickly find yourself somewhere in between. Because this content is often bite-sized and disappears quickly, users will be more motivated to interact with the content.
