The company's internal activity system, en Circle, has begun! A new "en" in the Snow Mountain Club

Post by shammis606 »

My name is Nakajima and I will be joining En Factory as part of the 4th batch of new graduates in April 2019.
I am currently working part-time as a hired employee, helping out in the professional matching unit.

I still have a lot to learn, but I'm learning every day.

There are still many things I am unfamiliar binance data with and don't know about the company, but it seems that a club activity subsidy system will be starting this year.

I was secretly excited to see how many clubs would be established, and I ended up joining the snowboarding club, the " Snow Mountain Club
," as one of its initial members. (I'm a total beginner at snowboarding and skiing, but the Snow Mountain Club is a very generous club.)

The Snow Mountain Club is Enfactory's first officially recognized club activity.
Today, we will report on the first activity.

What is En Factory's in-house club activity system "en Circle"?
En Factory's in-house club activity system "en Circle" was launched in 2019.
Although there are conditions for starting a club, such as having a sound purpose and having three or more members, once a club is recognized, it is a wonderful system in which you can receive activity subsidies of 2,500 yen per quarter, totaling 10,000 yen per year. It is
also OK to be part of multiple clubs (subsidies can only be received for one club you belong to each quarter), which is exactly what En Factory is like, promoting
" parallel careers "!

We left early in the morning, but everyone managed to gather.
It was a day trip bus tour, so we gathered at Ikebukuro Station at 7am on the day. That was more than two hours earlier than my work time.

Some of the group had been snowboarding the day before, so we btc database were a little worried that we wouldn't be able to all leave together, but we managed to make it in time for the bus departure.

After being shaken around on the bus for about three hours and taking a nice nap, the first thing we saw was... a snow-capped mountain!

It was my second time in my life to come to a snowy mountain, so I was quietly excited.
(I may have been the only one, but I hope I will never forget the excitement of the splendor of nature.)

Have a drink before skiing!

I can't stand on the board...but my seniors won't give up on me
It was the first time I put on snowboard gear, rode a lift (it was fun, like an amusement park), and put a board on my feet (cool).

Once we were ready, hiding our quietly rising excitement, our senior colleagues taught us how to skate!
