Fines for non-payment of taxes

For failure to pay income and property taxes, individuals may be fined an amount equal to 20% of the total debt. If the taxpayer intentionally evades repayment of obligations, the fine increases to 40%.

The Federal Tax Service has the right to collect debt through the court in the following cases:

If the total amount of debt is more than 10,000 rubles;
