Actually, I procrastinated on my morning routine. I've talked many times about the importance of having a morning routine, about how my routines have evolved over the last 10 years. I think my first video on the subject must have been in 2012, 10 years ago already. The fact remains that I currently have a relatively simple routine, a simple morning routine, because I've realized that the morning is my most productive time, that's when I have the best physical and especially mental energy.

well, usually it’s my routine, I never miss it, I get up at 6 o’clock, I go downstairs, I do some trampolining, I stretch a little bit, I do about 10 to 15 minutes of trampolining, so I jump on a trampoline, I do my exercise, and then I have a coffee, so I heat up a coffee, and I go to work on my first task of the day, an important task. So, I have prepared in advance what I have to do and in the morning, everything is ready. So, trampoline, I have my coffee and I go to settle down for my first task of the day which is already set.

And that always works really well, really. So, I finish, I have my coffee, I don't think, I don't reflect. I settle down, I do this task. I know, and be careful, this is the key, you're going to iran whatsapp number data understand why this morning it was different, I know that at 7:30... So you see, I start, I get to work, it's about 6:30, often it's a little before, it can be a little after, we're going to take 6:30 on average. At 6:30, I start this task and I know that I have an hour, because at 7:30, not a minute more, I have to go wake the children up to get them ready, help them prepare breakfast in order to take them to school.

And like that, I've already accomplished a task. In an hour, I can accomplish quite a few things, so I've accomplished an important task before others, before the world has started its day. I like that feeling and it works very well. I know that at 7:30, I have to stop, so I have an hour.

What was different today? What's different is that my children are on holiday, it's school holidays, and they're not at home, they're at my parents'. I'm talking about Emma and Tom, because Raphael is still a little bit young, he's at home. So Céline, Raphael and I are all three at home. And this morning, what happened at 6:30 is that I knew that at 7:30 I didn't need to go and wake up Emma and Tom, since they're not here.
