Hello, dear friends! Thank you for joining me for this new episode of "Walk with Johan". It's a pleasure that you take the time to accompany me during my little walk, my little stroll. Today, you'll see, we're going to talk, it was unexpected, about reality TV. I'm going to tell you a little bit about why I chose this image of reality TV. Thank you again for taking the time to join me.

If you are interested in personal development, you can take a look at my book 4 Pills for a Rich and Stress-Free Life . It exists in different forms: physical, paper book, MP3, to listen to it, or PDF. So you can choose what you want to try to move towards a rich and stress-free life.

So you saw the title: "I hate reality TV, but..." So what is reality TV? You know, these are TV shows where people are filmed all day long. So often we take young people, often they are very beautiful young people, so we will base ourselves exclusively on their physical appearance to select them. We will also look for certain character traits, eh, naivety, so that turkey whatsapp number data they can tell lots of nonsense. And we will lock them up. I am exaggerating obviously, there are certain shows where we will look for certain talents, but in any case, very often there is this aspect: beauty and a little naivety. We will lock them up, we will film them all day long, and then, we will publish a show every day. And very often, the public votes to eliminate certain candidates.

I'm not an expert, eh. I've never watched any reality TV shows, but there have been quite a few in France. The first one was called Le loft où ils avait fermé… that was really the cliché, eh, young people who didn't go out during the day or very little and were filmed etc. There have been plenty of others: Secret Story, Big Brother or in French we would say Secret Story, Big Brother. And currently, I see quite a few things going on about the Marseillais series .

Personally, so as I was saying, I hate it. For me, we call it reality TV, but it's not reality, there's nothing real in these shows. We choose people, these people know they're being filmed, so they play a small role to try to develop businesses around their participation. And the worst thing, for me, is that it impacts young people who think that life is like that in fact, that's always the problem. They say to themselves: "Wow! I wish I was like them". And for me, these reality TV stars or influencers on social networks ultimately bring no value and only take advantage of the weakness and naivety of certain people.
