Today, information security is the main focus of attention for most customers
Kirill Ugolev, Head of the Information Security Division at TEGRUS, drew attention to the fact that both malware and cybercriminal services have become significantly cheaper recently. At the same time, large hacker groups have directly declared an open war on Russia. The vulnerability of digital resources of large state companies and media outlets was demonstrated by mass hacker attacks in February-March. The intruders attacked several federal agencies, including the Federal Penitentiary Service, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, Rosstat, the Ministry of Culture, the Federal Bailiff Service, as well as the websites of Russian Railways, Kommersant, Izvestia and other publications.
Kirill Ugolev also noted significant changes in the chile mobile database legislation in the field of information security. For example, the Ministry of Digital Development approved order No. 186 dated March 10, 2022. In particular, it recommends ensuring the ongoing implementation of organizational and technical measures provided for by regulatory legal acts, as well as methodological recommendations, letters and other documents of the FSB and FSTEC. And to carry out activities stipulated by contracts for the provision of services to improve the level of information security, concluded with expert organizations in the field of information security.
The Russian Federation dated March 30, 2022 No. 166. According to it, from March 31 of this year, Russian customers making purchases in accordance with Federal Law 223 are prohibited (without the consent of the federal executive body authorized by the government) from purchasing foreign software, including as part of hardware and software systems for use at significant critical infrastructure facilities. In addition, from January 1, 2025, government agencies and customers are prohibited from using foreign software at their significant critical infrastructure facilities. Thus, these organizations have less than three years to develop and implement import substitution plans.
