Unfortunately, these transitions are limited to three on the cheapest plan, which didn't last long in my case. Otherwise, Typeform's Quiz Maker is a pretty neat thing. It's intuitive, offers a variety of different question types, and features some of the best customization options around. And of course, it also lets you collect leads and send them straight to your email marketing software or CRM (there are plenty of direct integrations).
