You will collect several of these relevant topics and create several other longer topic content pieces, which are more specific and will, in turn, be linked to the pillar post .

They are the satellite contents, because they will orbit your pillar content, generating a lot of relevance so that it can gain positions in Google .

A good example of this is the following content: advertising.

Advertising is an extremely hot keyword and it is relevant within our market as well, as many people come to the digital marketing market through advertising. They start out studying advertising, wanting to do advertising and discover digital marketing as a good strategy option.

So for our strategy, that's an important keyword.

As it is a highly contested keyword, a strategy is cambodia phone data necessary to conquer that first place.

We define the post with a structure based on keywords that are relevant within the advertising market.

That is, we wanted to make a complete post about advertising in which we would address these keywords: "abusive advertising", "harmful advertising", "advertising planning", "how an advertising agency works", among others.

After that we created several other pieces of content addressing only the specific topic, which was also present in the main content. And of course, in each of those pieces of content the first link was made to the advertisement.

Since these keywords are less contested, the chance of conquering the first place for one of them was much easier, and that is what happened. As you can see, we started to rank in the first place for "harmful advertising", "advertising planning", "copywriting", among other words.

And after that, our advertising content reached the first place on Google .

Coincidence? I don't think so.
