In the future, it will become increasingly easier to identify consumers not only by their consumption patterns, but also by the language they use. This is already happening today, but not anywhere near the level expected.

The already well-advanced trend towards personalization will bc data become even more pronounced and will be found in every area from insurance to pharmaceuticals to medicine. From an economic perspective, this also makes sense because it has a direct impact on sales. The goal will be the complete personalization of content and offers - all with the aim of establishing even better and long-term customer loyalty. The road is certainly still long and not without complications. All of this will happen steadily but quickly; sometimes noticeably, mostly without our knowledge. Suddenly, the things in our everyday lives are different, and it is only much later that we understand how this came about.

Why you must not lose touch now
But anyone who assumes that a lot of time will have to pass before artificial intelligence really becomes relevant to everyday life is underestimating the fact that in this case, development is exponential. This is also the main reason why it is important to get started now and not wait until things become clear.

But what should you start with, why and how? The reason for starting is almost unimportant, as long as dealing with the topic leads to an understanding and knowledge of the applicability being built up and hurdles being removed. For example, AI could already help to better tag documents, generate content or expose misrepresentations and analyze data. This is the only way to avoid falling behind those who have already been investing for years and are thus setting themselves apart.

It is therefore important not to lose touch completely. Because once this connection has been lost, it will be almost impossible to catch up with the lead that the companies working on these technologies in the USA and China have gained by then.
