Live chat
You often see that people drop out just before the conversion, because they want to know a little more about a vacancy. You can convince those doubters with the right information. That is why we also started live chat this year. This allows us to help candidates with questions directly. A quarter of all conversations lead to conversion. That is a few hundred extra candidates per month!
The other conversations are also very useful to us. We get a lot of information from the chat, with which we can improve our website. I would advise everyone to use chat periodically as a way to collect feedback.

We do not blindly focus on job requirements, but select on mindset and soft skills, the rest can be learned. This has resulted in an almost bizarre growth of around 60 percent in recent years. Research into our corporate culture shows that the growth mindset of our people is the engine behind our growth.
People with a growth mindset believe that uk whatsapp number they can still develop. How do you recognize people who grow with your company and are valuable in the future? With assessments and surveys you get a better picture of what a candidate has to offer. But beware: questionnaires can be filled in if desired. We prefer to measure the growth mindset with neuropsychological tests, there is no cheating on that.
You can have these types of neuropsychological tests custom-made or purchased. We even have someone in-house for this. Would you rather start a bit smaller?
