The results of this purchasing data analysis reveal that it is very important to encourage first-time buyers to make a second purchase. In fact, La Casta's second purchase rate is currently quite high at about 40%, and the third purchase rate in particular is over 80%. In other words, if they can get a second purchase, "customers will be satisfied with the quality and are likely to repeat purchases from the third time onwards." Therefore, we decided to prioritize measures that would lead to a second purchase, and took the following two approaches.

① Send a total of four step emails to first-time greece telegram database buyers (up to the second email: promoting the brand and providing useful information, and from the third email onwards: promoting the advantageous refill set) ② Sell the refill and the dedicated bottle as a set First, let's look at ①. As a result, the click rate for the first email was in the 40% range, and for the second email it was in the 50% range, both of which were high numbers.

This was because we didn't send out emails with a strong sales tone right away, and instead focused on getting people to like the brand. This also led to concrete conversions. Regarding ②, they initially expected it would take about a year to sell out, but it actually sold out in just two months. One of the reasons for this high success was changing the homepage of the EC site to promote the refills. The results also showed that customers who purchased this set were 10% more likely to return than those who purchased other products.
