Disadvantages of your own email hosting

Hosting can't be free. And the more you create a load on the server, the more expensive it will be to maintain your mail.
Bulk mailings are not available by default. To unblock them, you need to prove to your provider that you will not send spam.
If there is no pre-installed mail interface, you will have to spend a lot of time installing and configuring a whole set of software. Without experience and special knowledge, there is no way to cope here.
Standard offers in general tariffs have significant limitations - small mailbox volume, limits on the number of mailings per day, etc.
How to set up corporate mail on hosting to work with mailing services
The simplest and most accessible way for beginners to obtain a “corporate” address is to use a pre-installed web hosting client (usually included in general tariffs or provided as a separate service).
The algorithm for receiving mail on your domain will look like this:
You register your domain. This is done through official registrars or through their partners, as well as directly through hosters.
Once the domain is registered, you will have access to DNS record management tools (you will need a domain control panel, which can be found in your registrar’s personal account).
Rent a hosting service with webmail (as a standalone service or as a service included in a hosting package).
Redirect mail resource records to mail hosting servers. Specific instructions should be looked for in the documentation of the selected host. Usually these are MX lines, but there may also be full delegation norway phone number data of the domain. If you have redirected all domain requests to the hosting, then resource records will be managed directly in the hosting panel, in the corresponding section (interface tab). The MX line looks something like this "mx 10 mx.server", where mx is an indication of the type of resource record, 10 is the processing priority, and mx.server is the address of the MX server.
Once the DNS update is complete (this process can take 1 to 3 days), you can complete the setup and test your ability to send mail.
To do this, you need to create your first mailbox in the webmail interface. At a minimum, you need to specify a login (the name of the mail account used in the first part of the address - LOGIN@your-domain) and password. But there may be other fields: notes, username/sender, etc.
This is where we finished with the corporate mail itself. It remains to integrate the mail on your domain with the mailing service. The algorithm is based on the example of RuSender. First, you need to connect the domain:
Log in to the RuSender control panel.
Go to "Settings" -> "Domains".
Click the "Add domain" button and specify your domain name from which mailings will be carried out.
In the next step, get the data needed to confirm domain ownership (this is a redirect to a special host + DKIM, SPF and DMARC records).
Add records to your domain in your registrar's control panel.
In about 15-25 minutes, records for integration with mail services will become available to you.
