How to setup WhatsApp Outlook integration

Customers can access the WhatsApp Business API through a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP), such as
GetItSMS.


The quick setup instructions are as follows:

Start by signing up for the GetItSMS free trial.
Select WhatsApp Business Settings after completing the information to create a new GetItSMS
account.
Tap “Connect your number”.
A summary of the information will appear; be sure to read it carefully and accept its terms.
Choose “Start”.
Confirm that you have a Facebook Business account; if not, get one before continuing to connect your
WhatsApp to GetItSMS.
Verify that your phone number meets all the requirements displayed by GetItSMS. Otherwise, send an email to
our address.
Now you need to link your Facebook account to GetITSMS to complete the process of setting up a WhatsApp
Business account. Enter your business name and address in this field.
To log in, click “Continue with Facebook”.
Please verify that all the data you have provided to GetITSM is accurate before clicking “Next”.
That's it then! Your mobile number has been successfully connected to WhatsApp Business API.

2. Integrate Outlook with GetItSMS

Once you've created an account, integrating Outlook with GetITSMS is quick and easy.


Log in to your GetITSMS account, select Settings > Email, then click “Connect Email” or the “+”
icon.
Select “Create an Outlook account” from the list of three options that appear on the screen.
Then click “Sign in with Microsoft”.
Log in to your Outlook account to connect it to GetITSMS, and that's it.
You can easily access and manage conversations cyprus email list from both platforms in a single view once both WhatsApp and Outlook are
connected to GetITSMS.
