Setting up access rights in Bitrix24 CRM

System Administrator - full access to all system settings and functionality, including adding new users, editing rights and managing security settings.
These groups allow you to create a structure in which access to information is strictly by levels, which prevents accidental access to confidential data.
To set up access rights in Bitrix24 CRM, you need to go through several key steps:

Open Bitrix24, go to the CRM section new zealand telegram number database and select “CRM Settings” and then “Rights”.

On the right, you can see a list of existing roles, such as "Administrators" and "Manager". To edit existing roles, click the edit icon (pencil). To add a new role, use the "Add" button located at the bottom of the list.

After selecting a role, a table will open, where CRM elements such as Contacts, Deals, etc. are listed vertically, and available actions are indicated horizontally.
Once the rights for all CRM elements have been set, you must click the "Save" button. All changes will take effect, and employees will have access to data depending on the configured rights.
