The administrations of the Krasnoselsky and Primorsky districts of St. Petersburg have begun implementing new projects to optimize processes within the framework of the "Efficient Region" program.

"St. Petersburg has been participating in the "Efficient Region" program since 2020. The program is aimed at introducing lean manufacturing principles and tools into the activities of executive bodies of state power, as well as creating conditions for a systematic improvement in the quality of life of residents," noted Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg Stanislav Kazarin.

The Krasnoselsky District chile whatsapp resource Administration will optimize the process of familiarization with accounting files located in the administration’s housing department.

The project is aimed at reducing the duration and labor intensity of the process. For this purpose, a procedure for familiarizing citizens with registration files will be developed and the process of searching and preparing the necessary documents by employees of the housing department will be simplified. It is planned that residents of the district will be able to receive materials from registration files for familiarization at least 2 times faster.

The first project is intended to facilitate the process of coordinating purchases from a single supplier for the needs of state institutions under the administration.

The second project will speed up the issuance of certificates from the archive on participation in the privatization of residential premises of the state housing stock of the Primorsky District.

The third project will strengthen the administration’s ability to inform residents of the district about cultural events.

The goal of each project is to reduce paper document flow, reduce redundant movements and the number of actions with documents and, as a result, reduce the labor costs of employees. The implementation of projects will lead to a noticeable increase in the quality and speed of service provision, as well as informing residents.

Residents of Krasnoselsky District will be able to evaluate the results of optimization at the end of 2023, and residents of Primorsky District – at the beginning of next year.
