How to start preview mode:

In the GTM interface, click the "Preview" button in the upper right corner.
Enter your website URL and click "Connect".
The page will open the debug console where you can see:
All tags loaded.
Rules that have been activated.
Details of how variables and the data layer (DataLayer) work.
