I see this as more of a cunning move by the employer to save on management costs, so they "force" the employee to multitask. Wouldn't it be better if the employer appointed a new employee specifically to do these tasks?

Oh… in terms of cost, it's not very good for employers. So those who want gambling data mexico phone number to work, just have to accept the multitasking requirement. (Of course we have a choice, if we don't like the job, we can choose another job).

. Ironically, the things they advertise are not the same as the things we have to face.

Work is indeed stressful. But it's even more stressful if we are constantly assigned to do tasks that are beyond our abilities. When we don't have the skills and abilities to do the work, we have to learn.

The company will send us to training. Do on-the-job training (OJT) so that we are proficient with the skills we have just acquired. Finally, our tasks are increasing. Will the salary also increase with the increase in workload? There may be a salary increase, but that will have to wait after the KPI review.
