As it turned out from the survey results, the greatest shortage is experienced by logistics, transport and manufacturing companies; large enterprises find it more difficult to find workers than small ones. Business FM asked company executives whether they are facing a personnel shortage

More than 80% of companies complain about a shortage of personnel. These are the results of a survey by the Superjob service, in which more than 1,000 organizations participated. A finland whatsapp number database shortage of labor was noted by 86% of them. Most often, this applies to the production sector, as well as transport and logistics. At the same time, it turned out to be more difficult for large companies to find personnel.

of personnel and whether it is possible to automate production instead of hiring workers.

Ilya Volkov, entrepreneur, owner of the S&M brand sewing production: "As for sewing production, I've heard about it, but it hasn't affected us. That is, we have a fully formed staff, and even if someone drops out, quits, or leaves for some reason, this place is filled very quickly. But as far as I know, my friends and partners have such problems, they encounter them. As for marketplaces, it's a very overheated area, it's very difficult to find a specialist, it's hard with managers, and with category managers, and with shipments, and with assemblers. That is, it's very difficult to find people in all areas. We try to grow employees, that is, we try to find people who are right for us in spirit and work with them, grow them, train them so that they become highly qualified specialists. We are constantly upgrading our equipment, buying it is very expensive, we very often resort to some kind of loans, we haven't gotten to leasing yet. Problems, of course, with the growth of the exchange rate dollar, it has all grown a lot, and it has become quite difficult to update it all. But we have to do it, because good equipment means an increase in production speed, an increase in the number of manufactured products per day. A year ago, we managed to update almost the entire workshop, this year, of course, we can no longer afford it."

Alexey Gorelkin, CEO of the information security company Phishman: "I can't say that there is a shortage of personnel, say, in management. The problem is finding junior and sometimes mid-level specialists. I associate this rather with the demographic hole under Boris Nikolayevich (Yeltsin. — Business FM), there are simply no people of a certain age or they are already managers, that is, they have some over-skill and are not ready to work, as it may sound now, with their hands. Therefore, to say that I directly feel the problem of a shortage of personnel, no, our company, Phishman, does not feel it. There may be difficulties only in hiring mid-level specialists who have already graduated from university at least. It is difficult to find junior developers, junior developers, it is difficult to find someone for technical support on the first line. Can we somehow automate, say, the work of technical support? Yes, we can automate the first line. Of course, not everyone likes it, it is not always pleasant to communicate with bots, they are still not as pleasant and understandable in communication as a living person. But we will still need to maintain this bot, finish it, write and write additional cases, paths, and so on. In addition, all this is still transferred to a person who will have to do something. This is definitely not a panacea, but it can be a tool for, for example, reducing the functions that a person does."

Roman Baulin, head of the Leopark company for the production of playgrounds and landscaping: "We always have a shortage of personnel, like any production. Firstly, there is always a turnover in production. Unfortunately, there really is a gap in the 25-45 year old generation for factory and similar vacancies. Painters, carpenters, CNC machine operators - there are catastrophically few of them. And the last, probably the most terrible gap is the design engineer, there are practically none of them, namely good, qualified, truly sane ones. We have three full-time design engineers, which is not enough for our production, and about five more people are outsourced, who are periodically simply given the task for separate money. It is almost unrealistic to automate everything, to replace people. Automation of production is effective when it is done like a car plant - they produce ten models, they do not produce 150 models. And for these ten models they have a conveyor, they have workshops tailored. And I release on average 300-400 titles a year, what I have already done, and another 100-150 new ones. That's why I don't have automation. People, only people."

At the same time, a survey was conducted among working Russians. Almost 6 thousand people took part. More than half of them, 54%, dream of quitting. This is data from the recruiting company Get experts, cited by Izvestia. Most often, employees who are dissatisfied with their salary or lack of career growth think about changing jobs.
