The concert promises to be mega cool, and you will have a blast with thousands of the same devoted fans. Standing alone in the middle of a huge stadium would be very uncomfortable, wouldn’t it? In the world of social media, when a consumer engages with a brand, they are an individual and therefore their need for two-way communication is much more personal.
