JSC RASCOM is a joint venture of VimpelCom, which controls 54% of its authorized capital, and JSC Russian Railways (46% of shares). At the same time, Russian Railways has a subsidiary trunk operator - TransTeleCom (TTK).
"We always welcome the launch of new lines, as we are convinced that the diversity of traffic routes meets the interests of customers and promotes the development of the telecom market. The network operated by TransTeleCom is laid along railways. Our telecommunications infrastructure is in high demand due to its uganda whatsapp resource territorial distribution, regular upgrades and an efficient operating system along its entire length, including the Moscow-St. Petersburg section. Thanks to the use of modern technologies, our Moscow-St. Petersburg line has a large reserve of capacity for expansion in the coming years," said a representative of the press service of TransTeleCom JSC.
The construction of the new TEA NEXT fiber-optic communication line continues; in the future, it will connect the western and eastern borders of Russia with connections to the country's largest cities and exits to the Russia-Mongolia-China border and the coastal station of underwater communication lines in Nakhodka. According to Atlas, more than 1,500 km of the TEA NEXT fiber-optic communication line route in the European part of the Russian Federation are already ready. By the end of 2025, Atlas plans to extend the line to Mongolia and China. According to the operator's plans, the entire land part of the communication line, which is part of the first stage of construction taking place on the territory of Russia, will be completely ready in 2026. In parallel, the necessary infrastructure for international extensions of the lines will be provided.

The design capacity of the fiber-optic communication line will be 96 dark fibers, which will be used as a transit resource for communication between Asia and Europe and by Russian operators in the country. At the same time, the TEA NEXT route will pass along a new optimal route. The project is of particular importance for the connection of the Asian region with Europe, since it will offer a full-fledged reliable alternative to marine cable systems that pass through the Indian Ocean and Egypt.
