Number portability
We can port numbers like 347xxxxxxx, 348xxxxxxx, 333xxxxxxx, 328xxxxxxx, etc. (geographic or VoIP numbers) from another provider to CM.com.
If you want to port your number to us, you will need to sign a SIP trunk agreement, take into account some minor costs and complete the relevant porting documentation.
If you use the number to make and receive calls, chile telegram number database additional setup will be required. Please let us know if this is the case so we can apply the relevant requirements and make the process easier for you.
If you want to use an existing mobile number (e.g. 347xxxxxxx, 348xxxxxxx, 333xxxxxxx, 328xxxxxxx, etc.), you will first need to transfer it to a mobile network operator (TIM, Vodafone, Wind, Iliad,…). After that, we can start the migration of the WhatsApp service to CM.com.
Porting a geographic or VoIP number takes, on average, 30 days, provided there are no existing contractual obligations.
If you want to use an existing mobile number, the timing will depend on the operator you are transferring to. We will be able to start the WhatsApp service migration process only once the transfer is complete.
